PRIVACY
This is a personal site run by Aymane Cheikh in London. You can ask about the information described here at aymanecheikh2002@gmail.com.
What you send
The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, what you need, a budget band and your message. A company name is optional. The feedback form asks for a topic and message; your name and email address are optional. It also lets you separately permit a public quote with your name. These details come from you when you submit a form.
I use project inquiries to respond to requests about possible work. Where the request concerns a possible engagement, this is a step you asked me to take before a contract. I use other enquiries and feedback for my legitimate interest in answering messages and improving the site and my work. I only use feedback as a named public quote if you give that separate permission, which you can withdraw by emailing me.
Where messages go
Form messages are sent through Resend to my email inbox. The site does not keep a separate submissions database. A success page appears only after the email provider accepts the message. If delivery is unavailable, the site does not report success. Resend and my mailbox provider keep their own message records under their service settings.
I keep messages while I handle the request and any resulting professional relationship, then remove them when they are no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. The hosting and email providers may process data outside the UK under their own transfer safeguards. Email me if you need details of those safeguards.
Cookies and video
This site sets no cookies of its own. Video players load YouTube only when you choose to play a video. At that point your browser connects to YouTube, which may set cookies or collect playback information. This project does not include a separate analytics script.
